PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ballasted elastic sleeper for transition to an elastic direct-coupled track, which ensures to suppress the vibration occurring due to the passing of a railroad vehicle therethrough when placed on a crushed stone ballast for use and exhibits a vibration-proof effect by maintaining the point contact between crushed stones and an elastic mat even after the ballast is re-constructed of the crushed stone ballast to a direct-coupled ballast. SOLUTION: This ballasted elastic sleeper 100 for transition to an elastic direct-coupled track includes a sleeper body 110 laid down on a crushed stone ballast formed by paving crushed stones B and a vibration-proof elastic means 120 which is provided to the bottom surface side of the sleeper body 110 and interposed between the sleeper body 110 and the crushed stone ballast. The vibration-proof elastic means 120 is formed by laminating an elastic mat 121 fixed to the bottom surface of the sleeper body 110 and a flexible insulation sheet 122 fixed to the bottom surface of the elastic mat 121.
