摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device for an electrostatic coating apparatus which can measure the voltage value of the high voltage part of an electrostatic coating apparatus and the rotation number of the rotating atomizer head of the electrostatic coating apparatus and further obtain the leakage value of electric current applied to a coating material in a coating material channel tube in periodic inspection of the electrostatic coating apparatus. SOLUTION: The measurement device 1 for an electrostatic coating apparatus includes a measurement part 3 and a meter body part 71. These parts are physically separated and communicated with each other through signals by wireless communication. A worker is at a remote and safe place, operates an electrostatic coating apparatus 201, and receives data with the meter body part 71 which the worker holds when the measurement part 3 measures the voltage value of a ring-like electrode 221, a high voltage part, and the rotation number of a rotating atomizer head 207 from the hissing sound of the blades of the rotary shaft of an air motor. Further, the leaking electric current value is calculated based on the voltage value from the cross sectional surface area and length of a coating material channel tube and the coating material resistance.
