Disclosed is a data retransmission indication method, which includes: when a relay station has judged that a collision will occur between the sub-frame occupied by a User Equipment (UE) for transmitting uplink retransmission data and the sub-frame occupied by the uplink backhaul link of the relay node, it reconfigures the location of the sub-frame for transmitting the uplink retransmission data and indicates it to the UE. The invention also discloses the corresponding data retransmission method, relay station and system. The invention successfully resolves the problem that the UE cannot perform uplink retransmission in the sub-frame occupied by the uplink backhaul link in the Frequency Division Duplex Long Term Evolution-Advanced (FDD LTE-A) system introducing a relay station (or other devices similar to the relay station).
