<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict, in advance, a case when a route on the way and a node on the way become an obstacle, forecast a substitutive route when an obstacle occurs, or to estimate an automatic recovery time from the obstacle, and to obtain a position control mechanism by taking these into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication system is composed of an information collection means which collects mobile information of a mobile terminal and/or network information to the mobile terminal and a selection means which selects appropriately a communication system with the mobile terminal from a control system including an anchoring system and a casting system corresponding to the information collected by the information collection means. The selection means selects an anchoring system, when substitutive routes are concentrated, a casting system, if the moving speed of the terminal is high; and an anchoring system, if the mobile speed is low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
