PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat angle adjustment device of a horizontal blind capable of attaching a rudder cord or a rudder tape by selecting either of them and preventing a suspension position of the rudder cord from being deviated. SOLUTION: In this horizontal blind supporting a tilt drum turnably in a head box and turning the tilt drum by a tilt shaft to turn a slat, a hook 18 capable of supporting the rudder tape 2 is attached to the tilt drum 9, and a hooking part 21 supporting the rudder cord to prevent it from moving in the longitudinal direction of the head box is provided on the hook 18.
