PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely determine whether a received signal from a GPS satellite is of a multipath, with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A GPS information acquisition part 20 receives radio waves from the GPS satellite. In addition, the GPS information acquisition part 20 acquires information of the GPS satellite and a phase difference between received signals from GPS antennas 12A, 12B. An incoming wave relative direction estimation part 24 estimates a relative incoming direction of radio waves from each GPS satellite, based on a phase difference between received signals from the GPS satellite. An incoming wave absolute direction estimation part 22 calculates each of absolute incoming directions of radio waves from each GPS satellite, based on information of the GPS satellite. A multipath determination part 26 determines whether or not a received signal from the estimated GPS satellite is a multipath, by wholly comparing a relative incoming direction of radio waves from the estimated GPS satellite with an absolute incoming direction of radio waves from the calculated GPS satellite.
