The present invention relates to a stem light apparatus for a bicycle, in which a light is integrally formed with a stem for interconnecting a front wheel and a handle bar of the bicycle such that the direction of the light can be changed in accordance with the direction of the handle bar, to thereby reduce the parts count and to simplify the configuration of the bicycle. A stem (10) has a front end with a light cover (20), and is fixed at a handle bar. The light cover accommodates a light module (30) connected to a power source therein. The light module (30) has a transparent window (32) which is exposed through a hole (23) formed at a front end of the light cover (20) to emit light.
