摘要

PURPOSE: A novel lipopeptide containing Fc-binding peptide(FcBP) which specifically to Fc domain of an antibody and an antibody-recognizing liquid nanoparticles containing the same are provided to enhance transport efficiency of drug. CONSTITUTION: A Fc domain-binding lipopeptide of an antibody contains Fc domain-binding peptide and lipid of covalent bond. The Fc domain-binding peptide is Fc domain-binding lipopeptide of branched peptide having peptide having an amino acid sequence of sequence 1 or amino acid sequence of structural formula 1.
