PURPOSE: A vacuum fluid sealing structure with an improved anti-leakage function is provided to prevent a magnetic fluid leak by forming a sealing member in a partition. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum fluid sealing structure with an improved anti-leakage function comprises a housing(100), a rotary shaft(200), a pair of partitions(300), magnetic bodies(400), and a flow conversion member(500). The rotary shaft is supported by a pair of bearings(110). The partitions are installed in the housing. A gap between the partitions is filled with magnetic fluid(MF). Sealing members(310) are formed in the partitions to prevent a magnetic fluid leak. The magnetic bodies are installed in the housing to be located between the partitions. The flow conversion member is installed in the rotary shaft and converts a flow direction of the magnetic fluid. |
