PURPOSE: A MO service system for a private advertisement creation of profit and a method thereof for securing the realization of the profit in which the user supplies through the contents or the knowledge information are provided to actively participate in the individual by transparently obtaining the profit. CONSTITUTION: An MO management unit(110) takes part in text data and reply data. A web operator(120) is combined with a DB server. The DB server stores text data and reply data. A data manager(130) is connected to the web management unit. The web management unit manages the number of accumulation of text data which a member client receives. A profit distributor(140) distributes a part among the MO expense of information to the member client.
