PURPOSE: A wind-power adjusting device for generating power is provided to enable a windmill to rotate at a constant speed since four wind-power adjusting plates are automatically deformed by the wind pressure and the restoring force of a tension spring according to the change of the wind speed. CONSTITUTION: A wind-power adjusting device for generating power comprises a wind-power adjusting device for generating power, five external columns and five internal columns. The wind-power adjusting device comprises vertical plates(100), upper and lower inclined plates(200) and tension springs(300). The vertical plate is radially installed around a windmill shaft(12). The upper and lower inclined plates can form the vertical plate and a quadrangular pyramid. The tension spring automatically makes the four plates the quadrangular pyramid and parallel to the wind direction according to the wind pressure. The external columns and the five inner columns maintain the wind-power adjusting device.
