PURPOSE: A lifting and arranging device is provided to improve work efficiency and to reduce a working process by loading and unloading completed products and by uniformly arranging the products. CONSTITUTION: A lifting and arranging device(100) comprises a main frame(110), multiple swing bars(120), multiple connection bars(145), a connection beam(150), and crank arms(125). The main frame has supports(103) and connectors(105). The top of the swing bars are coupled to the top surface of the supports. One end of the connection bars are rotatably connected to the swing bars. The connection beams are rotatably connected to the other end of the connection bars.
