PURPOSE: A transparent sound absorbing unit with an attaching and detaching function is provided to improve a sound absorbing effect by using a seal member. CONSTITUTION: A transparent sound absorbing unit with an attaching and detaching function comprises a transparent member(8), frames(10), fixing members(12), and seal members. The frames are located in four sides of the transparent member and are connected each other. The frames are filled with a sound absorbing material. The fixing members are detachably coupled to the corners of the frames and fix the transparent member. The seal members are installed in the frames and the fixing members and are adhered to the surface of the transparent member.
