摘要 PURPOSE: An inchworm robot is provided to move naturally, since frictional force between the surface and a leg part is reduced when the robot moves forward. CONSTITUTION: An inchworm robot comprises a body unit(10) and a leg unit. The curvature radius of a body unit is changed according to the supply state of a power source. The leg unit is coupled with both ends of the body unit. Both bottom portions of the leg unit are formed with different frictional coefficients. The body unit comprises a SMA(Shape Memory Alloys) wire(11) and composite material(12).
