PURPOSE: A Dryopteris Crassirhizoma extract with activity of anti-inflammation and immunity regulation is provided to suppress expression and generation of TNF-alpha and prostaglandin. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-inflammation and immunity regulation contains Dryopteris Crassirhizoma extract as an active ingredient. The Dryopteris Crassirhizoma extract suppresses NO generation. The composition contains 12.5 ug/ml or more of Dryopteris Crassirhizoma extract as an active ingredient.
