PURPOSE: A hollow-fiber type reverse osmosis membrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a hollow fiber type reverse osmosis membrane by removing the remaining amine solution using orifice. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method includes next steps. A hollow fiber is spinning. A polysulfone solution is spread to the fiber. A porous fiber(30) is manufactured by phase-transiting while passing through a water tube. The porous fiber is dipped into the amine solution containing polyfunctional aromatic amine monomer. The porous fiber is passed through the orifice. The amine solution is removed. The porous fiber is dipped into an organic solution containing cross linker acyl halide monomer. An active layer is formed.
