SINTERED BODY FOR THERMAL BARRIER COATING, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DOUBLE-LAYERED THERMAL BARRIER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A sintered body for a thermal barrier coating, and a manufacturing method of a thermal barrier coating layer using thereof are provided to economically form a double layered thermal barrier coating layer with two sintered layers. CONSTITUTION: A sintered body for a thermal barrier coating comprises a Gd2Zr2O7 sintering layer doped with yttria, and a ZrO2 sintering layer doped with the yttria. A manufacturing method of the sintered body comprises the following steps: mixing Gd2O3 and zirconia stabilized with yttria, to form Gd2Zr2O7 powder doped with the yttria; mixing ZrO2 and the yttria to form ZrO2 powder doped with the yttria; inserting the Gd2Zr2O7 powder and the ZrO2 powder to one mold, and press-molding to form a molded body; and sintering the molded body.
