PURPOSE: A system for avoiding a distributed denial of service attack, a load distributing system, and a cache server are provided to distribute traffic to cache servers, thereby minimizing damages due to a DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) attack. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cache servers(211~213) caches data stored in a service server(230). The cache servers execute a reverse proxy function for the service server. A monitoring server(214) generates state information by monitoring states of the cache servers. A load balancer(215) distributes service requests of clients(221~223) to the cache servers based on the state information.
