PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a communication range of wireless communication by adapting to a state change at installation or reinstallation time, and also a state change of peripheral trees and houses by securing communication with a wireless base station by establishing a sub network with a home-use electrical appliance which has established communication with the wireless base station. SOLUTION: If an air-conditioner 4 can not establish communication with a base station 1, a mounted wireless device 8 of the air-conditioner 4 transmits a request message for making the base station 1 send out an RSSI for determining the direction of a refrigerator 2 and a message for sub network establishment, and the refrigerator 2 when receiving them, transitions to processing for sending out an answer message for RSSI measurement. The mounted wireless device 8 changes its directivity to areas 10, 11, and 12 in order to measure the RSSI of the answer message, which is input from the mounted wireless device 8 to a control unit 20.
