PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always make quantity of heat given to be constant without changing the temperature of a heat roll even when a processing speed is changed in a thermal laminating apparatus. SOLUTION: The heat roll 31 is provided for heating a heat-resistant substrate (a). The heat roll 31 is provided with an introducing roll 33 under a press contacting condition, and a peeling-off roll 35 near the downstream side of the introducing roll 33. The peeling-off roll 35 is freely movable in the peripheral direction of the heat roll 31, and is freely forwarded and retreated in the heat roll 31 direction by a cylinder 36. When lamination is performed with a specified quantity of heat under a condition that the temperature of the heat roll 31 is constant, if the processing speed (the rotating speed of the heat roll 31) becomes two times, the peeling-off roll 35 is moved to set the distance between the introducing roll 33 and the peeling-off roll 35 two times. Thereby a contacting time of the heat-resistant substrate (a) and a sealant substrate b to the heat roll 31 is not changed, it is possible to perform the lamination with the same quantity of heat.
