PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor capable of reducing an installation space in the width direction. SOLUTION: This passenger conveyor 1 has a footstep 3 circularly moving by being connected in an endless shape, a handrail panel 4 erected on both sides of the footstep 3, a moving handrail 6 moving around a peripheral edge part of the handrail panel 4, and a skirt guard panel 20 oppositely arranged to an end part in the width direction of the footstep 3 under the handrail panel 4, and is characterized in that the moving handrail 6 projects in at least a part in the width direction to the footstep 3 side from the skirt guard panel 20.
