<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently perform bypass treatment of a plurality of fuel cells with a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: In a fuel cell system, a switch unit 68 is provided which is arranged in parallel with respect to a plurality of cells 20 (a cell block 72). In the switch unit 68, a first MOSFET 101 having a first parasitic diode 111 and a second MOSFET 102 having a second parasitic diode 112 are arranged in series from a positive electrode side in order, and the first and second parasitic diodes 111 and 112 are arranged such that their cathodes face each other. When voltage of at least one cell 20, for example, is detected to be lower than zero volt (polarity inversion), the first MOSFET 101 is turned on and the corresponding cell block 72 is bypassed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
