<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check whether a user correctly identifies (recognizes) a security measure, and understands and conducts the security measure to adequately evaluate the degree of infiltration into the user of the security measure. <P>SOLUTION: A security determination data storage part 141 stores, in a storage device, evaluation determination data for evaluating the degrees of recognition, understanding and execution. A computation part 131 inputs the evaluation determination data and computes, through a processing device, a value of the degree of the recognition which indicates at what degree the user recognizes the security measure, a value of the degree of the understanding which indicates at what degree the user understands the security measure, and a value of the degree of the execution which indicates at what degree the user executes the security measure. An operational state-evaluating part 132 evaluates, through the processing device, a security measure-operated state by using an operational state evaluation reference which is preliminarily stored in the storage device on the basis of the value of the degree of the recognition, the value of the degree of the understanding and the value of the degree of the execution, which are all computed by the computation part 131, to store the security measure-operated state, as a result of an operational state evaluation, in an evaluation result storage part 137. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
