PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awning device for vehicle, which enables, in addition of solution of the problem in which a vehicle is abnormally raised in temperature in a hot day or the like, a person to get on the roof of the vehicle as needed with shading by shading the vehicle itself, so that the person can comfortably enjoy napping or watching a game on the roof of the vehicle while avoiding harmful solar ultraviolet ray or heat while shading also the ground. SOLUTION: The device adopts a means which enables a person to get on the roof of the vehicle as needed while shading above the roof and also can shade the ground also according to the circumstances.
