Disclosed is a mobile communication method comprising a step of having a wireless base station (Node B), when switching scheduled user equipment (UE), transmit, to first user equipment (UE) scheduled in the current scheduling assignment interval, first scheduling grant information which instructs the halting of transmission of MAC-e PDUs at the next TTI, and transmit, to second user equipment (UE) scheduled in the next scheduling assignment interval, second scheduling grant information corresponding to the size of the smallest MAC-e PDU that is capable of containing one MAC-d PDU only.
