<p>A fixing plate (2) on a holder (1), which positions and positionally fixes a workpiece in relation to a fixed point or another workpiece, fixes the workpiece or equipment for controlling the workpiece. The holder (1) comprises a substantially closed volume (3) including a number of planar, lamellar material pieces (4, 9).
