PURPOSE: A knife exchanging device is provided to prevent the separation of a knife during the movement of the knife by increasing a knife clamping force, since a grip unit and an auxiliary grip unit cover the knife. CONSTITUTION: A knife exchanging device comprises a grip unit(110), a balancing unit(130), a connection unit(120), and a position changing unit(140). The grip unit grips a knife(20). The balancing unit recompenses weight. The connection unit connects the grip unit and the balancing unit. The position changing unit connects to the balancing unit and the grip unit. The position changing unit moves the knife.
