<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover an apparatus, without requiring the user to go to the site in case that the electrical apparatus stops or ceases to operate normally. <P>SOLUTION: In a power on-off switching control circuit 4, normally, contacts SW1-SW3 are open, and contacts SW4 and SW5 are closed. A relay Ry1 closes the switch SW1, when it receives a high temperature signal from a temperature sensor 6. A relay Ry2 closes the contact SW2, when it receives a signal from a slave station 7b. The slave station 7b transmits a signal to the relay Ry2, when it receives a reset signal for an air conditioner 5 from a key station 7a. An AC short voltage relay UV closes the switch SW3, when it detects power failure, etc. A timer relay TM opens the switch SW4 only for a specified time, when any one contact closes among the contacts SW1, SW2, and SW3 which are in parallel contact. The relay Ry opens the contact SW5, when the contact SW4 is open.
