<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate working hours of relevant worker even with respect to a task having no past task results. <P>SOLUTION: A work efficiency component calculation part 15 calculates, as a work efficiency component relating to each work tag indicating contents of a task, a ratio of working hours required for a worker to perform a task having the work tag as an attribute and standard working hours of the task on the basis of work result information showing contents of tasks performed by the worker and standard working hours required for execution of these tasks, and a work efficiency calculation part 16 calculates, on the basis of a work efficiency component relating to a work tag showing an attribute of a task being an estimation target, work efficiency relating to the task to be performed by the worker, and an estimate working hour calculation part 17 multiplies the work efficiency by standard working hours of the task being the estimation target to calculate estimate working hours required for the worker to perform the task. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
