<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and image forming system which enable a printout based on the printing data from an information processor of non-registered user without spending a special time and effort. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a receiving part for receiving image data, an image forming part for forming an image based on the image data, a formation part for forming history information of an image formation processing, and a storage for storing the history information with making it correspond to user identification information. The image forming apparatus includes a storage part in which limiting information to limit the image formation processing is stored beforehand in corresponding to two or more users consisting of each registered user and non-registered user, a setting part for establishing permission information showing whether the image formation processing is permitted for each user based on the history information and the limiting information, a first determination part for determining whether the user identification information is added to the image data, and a second determination part for determining whether the image formation processing is permitted in corresponding to the permission information established for the non-registered user if determined that it has not been added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
