PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interceptor by which a cover is easily suitable for a tank while improving the sealing performance (pressure-sealing performance) between the cover and the tank. SOLUTION: The interceptor 100 includes: a tank 110 having an opening 111; a packing member 113 formed of an elastic material and arranged on a peripheral edge 112 adjacent to the opening 111 of the tank 110; and a cover-pressing metal member 114 which forms a housing area 501 by surrounding a side face 110L adjacent to the peripheral edge 112 of the tank 110 and has an insertion port 502 adjacent to the packing member 113 to allow the housing area 501 to communicate with the outside. The cover-pressing metal member 114 allows the cover 120 covering the opening 111 to enter into the housing area 501 through the insertion port 502, and supports an upper face 120A of the cover 120 pressing the packing member 113.
