PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit that reduces voltage fluctuations. SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit is arranged with a step-up circuit 2 that has a transformer including a primary coil 26 to be also used as a choke coil and a secondary coil 27. When a current of the primary coil 26 is increased, an induced voltage of the secondary coil 27 is output to an output power supply line L2 through a diode 24. It suppresses potential fluctuations of the output power supply line L2. Capacitors 14, 15 are charged in parallel and discharged in series according to potential fluctuations of an input power supply line L1.
