PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device of a combine harvester, which does not require a complicated operation, has a simple structure and performs adjustment of an amount of waste straws to be bound and adjustment of binding or not binding of waste straws. SOLUTION: In the binding device 30 including a packer 51 for raking waste straws in a bundling space S, a door 52 for holding a prescribed amount of waste straws in the bundling space S, a needle 53 for winding a binding string 54a on a prescribed amount of waste straws, a knotting part 55 for knotting the binding string 54a wound on the waste straws, and a release arm 56 for releasing the bound waste straws, the rotary base part 52a of the door 52 is constituted into a cylinder form, the cross sectional shape of the internal periphery of the rotary base part 52a is formed to be a polygon or a shape having a plurality of grooves, a part of the outer periphery of a door shaft 152 onto which the rotary base part 52a is fitted is formed to be a polygon or a shape having a plurality of projection forms in accordance with the cross sectional shape of the internal periphery of the rotary base part 52a so as to change a connection angle between the door 52 and the door shaft 152.
