PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in a wiring operation to each electric component inside a switchboard. SOLUTION: A wiring route which associates a route list constituted by successively connecting routes from start point terminals to end point terminals of the electric components in the switchboard, with electric characteristic information of wires wired along the route list, is stored in a wiring data storage 16 of a wiring processing device 1. A wire harness calculating unit 17 selects a plurality of routes from the wiring data storage 16 as route groups. When positions of those route groups are the same, and electric characteristic information of the wiring route to which the route belongs, are the same, data of the wire harness is created, by binding the wire group of the wiring route to which each of those route groups belongs, into one.
