<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high thermal conductivity heat radiation steel sheet which demonstrates high thermal conductivity and heat radiation and is useful for a material of an electronic equipment component which heat source locally contacts. <P>SOLUTION: The high thermal conductivity heat radiation steel sheet is used as a member which locally contacts the heat source, wherein a base steel sheet contains, by mass, C: 0.0010-0.040%, Si: 0.2% or less (excluding 0%), Mn: 0.1-0.80% and Al: 0.01-0.1%, respectively and the balance iron and inevitable impurities. Galvanization with coating weight of 70g/m<SP>2</SP>or more per one side is performed to both sides of the base steel sheet, and resin coating with integration emissivity of infrared rays (wavelength: 4.5-15.4μm) when heated at 100°C is 0.60 or more is applied at least on one side of the galvanization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
