PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure of a lower frame capable of preventing the lower frame from being corroded to increase the durability and also provide fittings. SOLUTION: Since the rainwater passing through mortar 8 is guided from a first groove part 13 and a water collecting groove part 16 to a second groove part 19 and drained without flowing into the hollow part 17 of the lower frame 5, alkaline water is prevented from intruding into the hollow part 17 which is difficult to be subjected to alumite treatment. Therefore, the durability of the lower frame 5 can be increased since the lower frame 5 is prevented from being corroded. Since the condensed water on the indoor side is drained from a first communication hole 25 to a second drain hole 24 through the hollow part 17, the condensed water can be drained through a path different from the path for the rainwater.
