The invention relates to the field of ship building, in particular to ships for skimming pollution from the surface of water. The claimed dock vessel comprises a towing section (5) for the accommodation of towboats (11) and a technical section (4). The technical section (4) is in the form of a hangar having a central channel (17) in the lower part thereof with shelf-like ledges (8) situated symmetrically at the top end of said channel to the left and right thereof in the direction of the hull (1), said shelf-like ledges having technical equipment disposed thereon for the treatment of a water-oil emulsion. Tanks for collecting the oil emulsion are situated between the sides of the hull of the dock vessel and the lateral walls (15) of the central channel (17). The central channel (17) of the technical section is provided with at least two bulkheads (10) having hermetically sealing openings therein at different heights. A boom is provided in the form of a sectional net (22) sleeve filled with an elastic porous adsorbent and having positive (24) buoyancy in the upper edge of the netting, which is folded in two to form the net sleeve, and negative (25) buoyancy in the lower edge of the netting. The dock vessel can be used for open sea oil skimming; it not only efficiently transports means for skimming oil, but also takes on board a significant amount of oil.
