An authentication processing device (10) receives biological data to be checked from a bioinstrumentation device (20) and generates check biological data by converting the biological data to be checked inputted from the bioinstrumentation device (20) by using a check conversion parameter different from a registration conversion parameter.  The authentication processing device (10) performs difference conversion processing of converting the generated check biological data by using a difference parameter to make a conversion state caused by the conversion using the check conversion parameter and a conversion state caused by a conversion using the registration conversion parameter the same.  Thereafter, the authentication processing device (10) performs authentication by checking the converted check biological data against registration biological data stored in a conversion registration data DB (50).
