PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for preventing bandwidth monopoly from a specific station are provided to reflect a usage frequency of each station when determining packet drop probability passing through a link. CONSTITUTION: If a second memory has a storage space, a controller(42) extracts a receiving IP address of a packet. The controller stores the extracted receiving IP address as described above in the second memory. The controller confirms whether the storage of the receiving IP address of packet was completed in the second memory or not. If the receiving IP address of the packet is completely stored in the second memory, the controller calculates the packet drop probability for applying to the packet. |
