PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve multi-input multi-output system performance. SOLUTION: In a multi-user scheduling method, each mobile station selects an optimal vector meeting the mobile station itself from a predetermined codebook as a quantization channel, calculating channel quality information corresponding to the quantization channel and reporting the channel quality information to a base station, the base station selects a first scheduling user from among scheduling target users based on a predetermined scheduling criterion, obtaining a unitary matrix from the quantization channel corresponding to the first scheduling user by an orthogonal decomposition method and defining a user meeting any other column vector than a first column vector in the unitary matrix as another scheduling user.
