PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that applies desired print processing (e.g., preventing the others from comprehending image information) to image information (e.g., highly confidential image information) on a sheet with the image information recorded thereon. SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100, 200 is provided with: a sheet feeding section 10 for feeding a sheet P; a second sheet conveying path 22 on which the sheet P supplied from the sheet feeding section 10 is conveyed; an image forming section 30 for printing information on the sheet P from the second sheet conveying path 22; and a control section 40 for controlling a printing operation. The image forming apparatus further includes first and second image sensors 91 and 92 each reading an image on the sheet P conveyed on the second sheet conveying path 22. The control section 40 is configured to control the printing operation on the basis of a result of reading the sheet P, which is conveyed on the second sheet conveying path 22, using the first and second image sensors 91, 92.
