Provided is a polyurethane that is nonviscous and easy to handle, has excellent moldability, and adheres well to silicone even without a surface activation treatment having been performed in advance. Said polyurethane contains polyol units and organic polyisocyanate units. The polyol units contain organo-polysiloxane structures that contain alkenyl groups, the mass of said organo-polysiloxane structures constituting 0.01-20% of the mass of the polyurethane.
