<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of sealing an annular clearance between a shaft and a housing by surely making a seal lip follow the outer circumference of a shaft even if the center of the shaft is shifted due to high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing device 10 includes: an annular fixed part 1 fixed to the internal circumference of the housing; the seal lip 3 wherein the lip end part is brought into contact with the external circumference of the shaft; and a connection part 2, which connects the end part of the fixed part 1 on the opposite side of a waist part 9 of the seal lip 3 in the axial direction to the waist part 9 and can be elastically deformed in the axial diameter direction. In the sealing device 10, the seal lip 3 can follow the shaft when the connection part 2 deforms according to decentering of the shaft, and a bearing part 4 is formed on the internal circumference side of the waist part 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
