摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing system using a trackless conveyance system causing a conveyor to run on a traveling path set on a floor without using a track member such as a conveyance rail, and capable of more accurately positioning the conveyor with respect to respective machine tools provided along the traveling path. SOLUTION: The conveyor 20 includes a trolley 21 capable of running and stopping on the floor F along the traveling path R1, a robot 22 for carrying in or out a workpiece W, and a coupling means CA (or a coupled means CM) capable of coupling with the coupled means CM (or the coupling means CA) provided on the machine tool MCn. When the machine tool reaches a position where it can couple with the coupling means of the conveyor which has reached its own carry-in or carry-out position or the carry-out position, the coupling means and the coupled means are coupled, a relative position and a relative direction of a robot with respect to the machine tool are corrected, and thereafter the workpiece is carried in or carried out.
