PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of assembly failure and poor workability which occur, when a terminal metal fitting as a conductive member cannot be inserted correctly in a through-hole on a bottom part of a base in inserting the terminal metal fitting into a mounting hole of the base in assembling a terminal block. SOLUTION: A groove part 24 for proper insertion is formed on an upper part of the through-hole 23 pierced on a bottom part in the mounting hole 22 formed on the base 21, formed of a synthetic resin member and for correctly inserting in the though-hole 23 through the terminal metal fitting 4; and thereby, a first leg piece 7a of the terminal metal fitting 4 is guided to the groove part 24, and a tip end part is inserted properly into the through-hole 23.
