摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston device having excellent assembly workability without machining with high accuracy the interval between fixed screw holes opened in piston pin mounting portions and the interval between holes or cavities on which ends of fixed screws machined in a piston pin abut. SOLUTION: In this piston device 10, a piston rod 4 is rotatably mounted to a piston head 1 through the piston pin 2. The piston pin 2 is formed into a hollow round bar shape, and is provided with abutting portions 5<SB>1</SB>, 5<SB>x</SB>formed at two portions of a periphery and on which the ends of the fixed screws abut. At least one abutting portion 5<SB>x</SB>of the two abutting portions is formed as an acuate hole or a counterbore having a small-diameter through-hole. The piston pin 2 is fixed to the piston pin mounting portions with piston pin fixing screws 6<SB>1</SB>, 6<SB>x</SB>screwed into piston pin fixing holes 1<SB>b1</SB>, 1<SB>b2</SB>formed in the piston pin mounting portions 1<SB>a1</SB>, 1<SB>a2</SB>. During assembling, part of the end of the piston pin fixing screw is exposed on an inner peripheral surface from the small-diameter through-hole of the acuate hole h or counterbore.
