PURPOSE: A pushing type cylindrical metal-air battery is provided to easily seclude the inflow of air, by opening and closing an air incoming hole inside an inner case when separating or inserting the battery to a battery case, and to improve the storage capability. CONSTITUTION: A pushing type cylindrical metal-air battery includes an outer case(100), an inner case(200), and an elastic closing unit(300). The outer case is formed in a cylindrical form, and includes a negative electrode terminal(110) on one side, and a positive electrode terminal hole(120) on the other side. The inner case is coaxial-inserted to the outer case, and includes a positive electrode terminal(210) on one side, and an air injection hole(220) on the wall surface.
