<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive separator for a fuel cell that satisfies various required properties such as conductivity, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and thinness, and an easy, low-cost and simple method of manufacturing such a separator for a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the separator for a fuel cell 10 is provided with a process for carrying out a photo-etching process on a surface of an etching layer of a lamination material equipped with an etching layer 22 consisting of a metal material on a base material 21, and making a convex mother die equipped with an etching layer having a concave groove on the base material, a process of taking molds of intaglios 25A, 25B from the convex mother die equipped with the concave groove, a process of filling conductive resin ink 26A, 26B containing a conductive filler in the molded resin intaglios, and a process of transferring the conductive resin ink in the convex shape onto a substrate 27, forming a conductive resin coating on the substrate and peeling the intaglios, in that order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
