PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cutting work of various kinds of materials to be cut in a simple constitution while by using a single device commonly. SOLUTION: The cutting device 2 is provided with: a movable board 4 vertically moved on a fixed board 3; a feeding mechanism 5 for feeding out materials M1, M2 to be cut on the fixed board 3; and a drive control device 6. The feeding mechanism 5 is constituted so as to include a movement table 10 slidably reciprocated between both end parts 3A, 3B on upstream and downstream sides on an upper surface of the fixed board 3; an unwinding device 13 provided on the upstream side of the fixed board 3; and a rolling-up device 14 provided on the downstream side of the fixed board 3 and recovering the band-like material M2 to be cut fed out from the downstream end of the fixed board 3. Fixed board side clamp devices 21, 22 for vertically moving a first pressure-contact bar 23 and temporarily fastening the material M2 are provided on both end parts 3A, 3B of the fixed board 2 respectively, and movement table side clamp devices 31, 32 for vertically moving a second pressure-contact bar 33 and temporarily fastening the material M2 are provided on both end parts 10A, 10B of the movement table 10 respectively.
