PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site connection support system in which access from a cellular phone terminal to a site is facilitated and a telephone number of the cellular phone terminal is also easily obtained as access information. SOLUTION: A site connection support system includes: a number detecting section 1 for detecting a telephone number of a cellular phone terminal P through a caller number notification function when a call is incoming from the cellular phone terminal P to a specific telephone number; a mail creating section 3 for creating marl including URL information of a specific site 2A; a mail transmitting section 4 for transmitting the mail to the cellular phone terminal P according to short message services based on the telephone number; and an access storing section 5 for storing connected URL information when the cellular phone terminal P, that has received the mail, designates a URL of the specific site 2A on the basis of the URL information and connects to the specific site 2A. The mail creating section 3 adds the telephone number to the URL information as a parameter, and the access storing section 5 also stores the telephone number included in the URL information together.
